I cannot have a deck/patio combination where I live, so I am seeking out places on what height a deck could be without it being considered a deck/patio. For example, if I built a deck 6 feet above the ground, could that be considered a deck/patio? If so, what about a deck that is 5 feet above the ground? Thank you for your help in this matter.
